A great location and comfy bed made this a pleasant two-night stay. The breakfast was superb, and the central location was perfect for exploring Aberdeen. The only slight downside was needing to collect my room service order myself.

This hotel is perfectly located right in Union Square, offering easy access to shops, transport and the city centre. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the staff exceptionally friendly and helpful and the breakfast was a delight! The location inside the shopping centre was unexpectedly convenient.

Staff were amazing! So helpful and cheerful, letting us leave our bags before check-in. The room was a good size, and comfortable. Only minor issue was I couldn't specify a twin room when booking but overall a fantastic experience.

My wife and I had a wonderful three-night stay. The room upgrade was a good surprise, and the view from our floor was amazing! Breakfast was very nice value - a huge selection, including amazing fresh poached eggs kept warm on a hot plate. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. A truly nice trip!
